-How long will shipping take?
I usually ship my orders the next business day but I do work a day job so it may take 1-2 business days for me to ship.
I use USPS so after its in their hands it will arrive pretty quickly to you, within 1-5 days.
International shipping will take longer depending on where you reside.
-Do you accept returns/refunds?
I do NOT accept returns OR refunds for items. If the postal carrier has made a mistake I'm very sorry but I am not responsible for that package once I've dropped it off.
If I have made a mistake on your order please contact me!! I respond quickly on instagram / twitter.
-I saw you sold ___ at a con but its not in your online shop
I have a lot of stickers/prints I sell that I don't have up on my shop! If there's something you specifically want just send me a message and I'll probably put a listing up for you!
-For Pre-Orders, how long will it take for my package to arrive?
Short answer: 3-5 weeks after the pre-order deadline
I have a set deadline for all pre-orders (listed in the products description). After that deadline I send my order to my manufacturer. It should take 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive to me. From there I ship using USPS and it should arrive within 2-5 days.
